What is AI visibility?: Whether AI systems can reach your website, read it, and understand your company well enough to describe or recommend it.
Does the free audit call ChatGPT or Claude?: No. Every free check is deterministic and comes from reading your public website. No model is queried and no API key is needed.
Can you tell me what ChatGPT knows about my company?: Not from the free audit. It measures what AI can learn from your site. Testing what a model actually says requires live queries, which is what Pro does.
What does the Visiaq Score measure?: It combines AI Visibility and Company Knowledge into one number. Pro adds presence, accuracy and authority once live testing runs.
What is Company Knowledge?: A profile of your business built only from what your website states: name, description, contact details, location, products, people and markets. Each fact links to its source.
Why would my company be missing from AI answers?: Common reasons are blocked crawlers, content that only renders in the browser, no Organization schema, a vague description, or details that differ between pages.
Does llms.txt matter?: It is a useful extra signal, not a requirement. No major assistant depends on it, so we report it without counting its absence against you.
